Our goal is to get your order delivered to your home or organisation as quickly as possible.
- FAST & FREE delivery is available to Metro / Inner Residential areas for orders over $250.
- All other areas / smaller orders are delivered direct to your door at reduced rates (from just $9.95).
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout & are based on your postcode and the products in your shopping cart. Very occasionally courier charges increase without notice and if this occurs we will always contact you before despatch.

Fast Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days (often the same day) & we select the best warehouse and delivery method to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Most orders are delivered by courier to provide fast delivery times, however some smaller items are sent with Australia Post

- Perth, Hobart & Adelaide: 2 to 5 days
- NSW, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, ACT inner residential & major towns & Darwin: 2 to 5 days
- Rural Areas: 4-7 Days

In the unlikely event the product you purchase is on backorder we will notify you and advise you of the ETA.
Returns Policy & Product Warranty
All items are covered by the manufacturers warranty and we will assist you with making a claim if an item you ordered develops a fault. We only sell products from respected Australian brands and warranty claims are very rare.
We also offer a 30 day change of mind return on most products (some exclusions apply due to health & hygenie control policies).
