This advanced technology is built on a ‘ three layer active system ’ that individually performs to ensure the user stays dry and comfortable. For this reason Kylie products are recommended by many Health Care Professionals as a preferred choice in bedding and washable protection for all people.
Layer 1
Soft-Blue Quilt Layer
Technology : A non-pilling specially knitted 100% polyester ‘stay dry’ fabric, allows fluid to quickly penetrate into the next layer. Designed to stop fluid returning to surface when under pressure. Otherwise known as wick-back.
Layer 2
Holding Tank
Technology : A unique blend of felt fibres (we call it the Holding Tank ) carries the fluid from the top blue knit layer and spreads it evenly throughout the product and helps keep you dry and comfortable.
Layer 3
Waterproof Layer
Technology : A white polyester and waterproofing material is stitched to the underside of the holding tank. This reduces fibre loss during wash cycles, therefore enhancing the life of the Kylie.

SHOULD I WASH THE KYLIE BEDDING AND WASHABLE PROTECTION PRODUCT I HAVE PURCHASED BEFORE USING?
Yes. We do recommend that you wash your Kylie before you use it. Refer to Care Instructions for details. Do not use fabric softener on your Kylie, as it will damage the product. Fabric softeners contain silicone which act as a barrier, therefore resulting in loss of absorbency through the unique three layer active system.
HOW MANY KYLIE SUPREME MACS SHOULD I PURCHASE?
It is recommended that you could start with one product, however there is great advantage with purchasing three products to ensure you always have one on the bed, one in the wash and a spare ready to go.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse thoroughly in cold water before commencing the hot wash cycle. To achieve disinfection, wash for at least 10 minutes in a hot wash cycle at 65C (the approximate temperature of a domestic hot water service). Care should be taken when laundering in domestic twin tub washing machines.
Those machines with high speed, side-wall mounted impellers can damage the Kylie Ultra Absorbent Bedding and Washable Protection therefore are not recommended.
KYLIE™ Ultra Absorbent Bedding and Washable Protection range are designed to allow for minimal shrinkage and most of this will occur during the first few washes.
Warning: Water temperature should not exceed 80C.
DRYING INSTRUCTIONS
Due to the fluid retention properties of KYLIE™ Ultra Absorbent Bedding and Washable Protection’s 3 layer system, as much water as possible should be spun from the fabric prior to drying. Can be dried on an outside line, drying cabinet or tumble drier. Temperatures above 80C must be avoided to prevent long term damage. Care should be taken to ensure that the fabric does not come into contact with any heating elements.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All KYLIE™ Waterproof Bedding Protection products can be safely washed and tumbled-dried without causing damage or reducing product performance. Suitable of use in all environments.
Correct laundering procedures will ensure maximum effectiveness and durability of your product.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS SUMMARY
Wipe clean with a damp sponge or mild disinfectant. Can be machine washed on a gentle cycle.
