NDIS Registered Provider Announcement
By Tom White, Owner of Breeze Mobility
For the past four years Breeze Mobility has helped over 7000 customers throughout Australia find high-quality mobility aids, assistive technology and daily living supports that meet their individual needs.
During this time we have worked closely with many self-managed NDIS participants, plan managers, organisations and support coordinators. However as an registered provider we will now be able to directly work with (NDIA) managed participants, as well as self-managed and plan managed participants. Being an approved provider will also streamline the process when working with plan managers, and provide additional credibility and reassurance for self-managed NDIS participants.
The NDIS audit process is strict and comprehensive and requires a provider to demonstrate they are a reputable business, who provide a high-quality, fair and reliable service to all clients / customers.
We've put together an information page which provides details of the ordering process for NDIS clients, our provider details and support categories.
I personally am looking forward to working directly with NDIS participants, their carers and support coordinators to help them find the mobility aids, assistive aids and daily living supports that make their lives more independent, convenient, comfortable and enjoyable.
We always welcome your feedback, comments, suggestions and questions. Please send us an email or contact us by phone. We'd love to hear from you
Below is some further information on how we can help you.
What is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme is an Australia-wide program which provides support for eligible people with a permanent and significant disability, their families and carers.
The NDIS aims to be more individualised, inclusive, flexible and people-led than previous programs. It provides choices and flexibility to the participant about the support they receive, and who provides it.
How can Breeze Mobility help NDIS participants?
We are able to assist NDIS participants who are NDIA managed, self-managed or who have a plan manager.
We are registered in two categories:
- Assistive Products for Personal Care / Safety (Category 0103)
- This includes personal care or safety, including beds and pressure mattresses, toilet and bathroom equipment, specialised clothing and continence needs
- Personal Mobility Equipment (Category 0105)
- Equipment to assist participants to move around their home or the community; including equipment for walking, wheelchairs and transfer aids.
Please note at this stage we do not do trials, hire or installations, however we can arrange delivery to your door throughout Australia
